Essentially the same as our Fleet Tracker Pro except:

 

1) It doesn't have outputs and inputs for extra functions such as remote door locks, PTO reports, flashing lights, etc.

 

2) It does have an internal antenna for easier installation but it doesn't accept an external antenna so it must be installed in a location where it can get a GPS signal.

    NOTE:

    GPS signals WILL penetrate glass, plastic, foam, fiberglass and wood.

    GPS signals WILL NOT penetrate metal. For this reason, it is important to place the device where it is not obstructed by metal or wiring. Placement of the antenna in a position which might be even slightly obscured by metal – including wires, wiper blades, or aluminum foil (used in some high-end vehicles on the underside of the dash to reduce the effects of the sun’s heat) - may compromise antenna visibility of the GPS satellite constellation.

    A good placement of device will yield a minimum of 9 – 14 satellites.

    Device will not transmit data location with less than 4 satellites in view

•  The GPS tracking hardware is considered to be highly water-resistant, not 100% waterproof.  If placed outside the vehicle, we strongly recommend protecting the device by using a waterproof case.

•  The device itself is quite small and can be hidden with the most popular choice being under the dashboard console.

•  Covert installation  should take no more than one hour. It's easy enough for most people to do themselves but most gas station mechanics or Best Buy technicians can also help for a very small fee.
